计算映射中某个条目的存储槽

$ cast index --help

用法：cast index <KEY_TYPE> <KEY> <SLOT_NUMBER>

参数：
  <KEY_TYPE>     The mapping key type
  <KEY>          The mapping key
  <SLOT_NUMBER>  The storage slot of the mapping

选项：
  -h, --help  Print help
