We're looking for a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join our Product Team at BTSE. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other data scientists to provide data-driven insights and solutions that enhance our products and user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Perform data analysis and reporting to support product development needs.
Develop data-driven solutions and tools to improve product performance and user experience.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand their data needs and provide effective support.
Build and maintain data models and dashboards to track key product metrics.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize product features.
Stay up-to-date with the latest data science techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (e.g., Python, R).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points:
Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Background in product analytics or user experience research.
