【职位描述】
1.社群运营/活动策划：主要负责市场相关活动策划（比如和其他项目联合主题活动，线上AMA等），包括Twitter/Discord/Telegram
2.活动支持：竞品分析调研，收集和创建表单，和其他项目方及媒体活动合作支持等。
【任职要求】
1.对Web3有热情，认可长期主义
2.本科及以上学历，有项目经验，英语可作为工作语言（听说优秀更佳）
3.熟悉并擅长海外社交媒体运营、营销运作，拥有丰富社区资源者优先
4.有Twitter、Discord等运营实操经验，运营过Web3相关社区优先
5.有交易/数据类平台经验优先（比如dex/debank/akrm等）
6.有基础图像/视频剪辑能力优先
Part-time Market Operations
[Job Description]
1.Community Management/Event Planning: Responsible for market-related event planning (such as joint thematic events with other projects, online AMAs, etc.), including Twitter/Discord/Telegram management.
2.Event Support: Conducting competitive analysis research, collecting and creating forms, and collaborating with other project teams and media for event support.
[Requirements]
1.Passion for Web3 and a long-term perspective.
2.Bachelor's degree or above with project experience. English proficiency is desirable (excellent listening and speaking skills are a plus).
3.Familiarity and expertise in overseas social media operations and marketing, with a strong community network being a plus.
4.Experience in operating platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and other Web3-related communities is preferred.
5.Experience with trading/data platforms is a plus (e.g., dex/debank/akrm).
6.Basic image/video editing skills are preferred.
