The role will be based in Dubai (our global headquarter), Hong Kong, Singapore or Malaysia.

- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all technical aspects and drive high standards for performance and reliability.
Achieve Challenging Targets:
- Lead the team to meet and exceed challenging goals, maintaining high performance even under pressure.
- Implement strong enforcement of standards and push for excellence in execution.
- Identify problems proactively, address them decisively, and demand high standards from both the business and product teams.
