Design Trends: Stay updated on design trends, and possess a strong ability to observe and apply popular elements in innovative ways.
Attention to Detail: Embrace a pixel-perfect mindset and demonstrate a passion for creating small interaction animations that enhance the user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and integrate design across online and offline channels.
Iterative Design: Engage in a continuous design improvement process through testing and feedback loops.
Design Systems: Contribute to the development and application of a comprehensive design system and methodology within the company.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in user experience and interaction design for medium to large-scale products (web/app).
Skills: Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, with a deep understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines.
Design Quality: Strong theoretical design knowledge and a relentless pursuit of design excellence.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to integrate interaction and product thinking into design processes.
