SOLR首轮社区奖

OPEN基金会收到SOLRDAO头部社区发起的社区贡献者奖励提案#245917已经通过。本提案向所有前期社区贡献者致敬，开启首轮社区5%的SOLR代币激励计划，作为社区新增加的流动性额外的贡献奖励。 The OPEN Foundation received the community contributor reward proposal #245917 initiated by the SOLRDAO head community has passed. This proposal pays tribute to all early community contributors, and starts the first round of the community's 5% SOLR token incentive plan as an additional contribution reward for the community's newly added liquidity.
