**Responsibilities:** 1. **Design and execute comprehensive test strategies** for DEX platform stability, scalability, and security. 2. **Collaborate on automated testing** to optimize coverage and efficiency. 3. **Communicate with cross-functional teams** to deliver high-quality products. 4. **Create test cases** aligned with business and technical requirements. 5. **Conduct functional and non-functional tests** to ensure system performance. 6. **Manage bug tracking and resolution** for timely product delivery. 7. **Implement automation and quality management tools** to enhance productivity. 8. **Stay updated on testing technologies** to improve team efficiency. 9. **Contribute to product design** and define testability criteria. 10. **Assess DEX performance** across networks and suggest optimizations. **Requirements:** 1. Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; 3+ years QA experience, 2+ in blockchain/DEX/CEX testing 2. Proficient in automated testing tools (Selenium, Jest, etc.); blockchain knowledge and DeFi ecosystem familiarity 3. Understanding of DEX protocols; strong analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Excellent teamwork and communication; meticulous with high-quality delivery focus 5. Fluent in Chinese and English; clear technical communication skills
