Job Description: Product Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager with experience in Web3 to lead the development and optimization of our platform that integrates gaming, interactive short-form series, AI-driven Agents, and social networking features. This role involves driving the vision and roadmap for a cross-platform product (iOS, Android, Web) while leveraging Web3 technologies to enhance user engagement and unlock innovative opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap
• Define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with company goals, incorporates Web3 elements, and meets user needs.
• Identify opportunities to integrate blockchain, decentralized technologies, and tokenization into the platform.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability and innovation.
Cross-Platform Product Development
• Oversee the design and development of features across iOS, Android, and web platforms, ensuring consistency and seamless integration of Web3 technologies.
• Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and manage technical requirements, including blockchain integration.
Web3 and Decentralization
• Explore and implement Web3 features such as wallet integration, NFTs, and decentralized identity management.
• Stay updated with the latest Web3 advancements to propose innovative solutions that align with the platform’s vision.
User Experience and Market Insights
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, with a focus on making Web3 functionalities accessible to a broad audience.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in gaming, social, and blockchain spaces.
Collaboration and Communication
• Act as the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
• Clearly define product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria, and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decision Making
• Use analytics tools to monitor product performance, user engagement, and Web3 adoption metrics.
• Leverage data insights to refine product features and inform future development priorities.
Qualifications
Experience
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in gaming, AI, or social networking domains.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Web3 technologies, including blockchain, decentralized applications (dApps), or tokenized ecosystems.
Skills
• Product Management Expertise:
Proficient in defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and creating detailed user stories.
• Web3 Knowledge:
Familiarity with blockchain concepts, wallet integrations, NFT marketplaces, smart contracts, and tokenomics.
• Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of mobile and web development processes, including API integrations and system architecture.
• Data Analysis:
Ability to interpret data and user feedback using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Communication and Leadership:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building products with Web3-enabled features, such as token-based rewards, decentralized storage, or blockchain gaming.
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols like Ethereum, Solana, or Polygon.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
