We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to drive collaboration between the Product and Marketing teams. In this role, you will play a key part in aligning product strategies with marketing initiatives to ensure a seamless product launch, exceptional user experience, and market success. You will focus on building bridges between departments, leveraging customer insights, and delivering impact results.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Marketing Alignment
Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with marketing strategies and organizational goals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to craft go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Translate market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback into product requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between Product and Marketing teams, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding.
Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to implement features that support marketing campaigns and enhance user engagement.
Manage the feedback loop to ensure that user insights collected through marketing efforts inform product development.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and marketing initiatives, including user acquisition, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
Conduct post-launch analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and marketing optimization.
Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
5+ years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with marketing teams.
Proven track record of leading successful product launches and marketing initiatives.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and marketing channels.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Experience in crypto industry.
Experience in crafting and delivering go-to-market strategies.
