Lead the front-end development of web3 applications and wesite, using React, and interact with core smart contracts and backend
Lead the built-up and continuous management of front-end team of 3
Ensure code quality and software reliability through automated test implementations, UI/UX testing, and processes
Potential for rapid iteration of frontend prototypes and designs
Write relevant documentation relating to the frontend application(s); contributions towards Ascendant’s open source API / SDK where applicable
Regularly report progress in team meetings and 1:1s
Occasional presentations of your work to the broader team / investor
Help povide solutions to complex tech challenges, which may require full-stack knowledge of smart contract, token system, front-end web, infra and so force
Successful Candidate Would Have
4+ years of proven work experience in development within the web3, blockchain, gamefi/game, or general tech startup industries. dApp development experience is MUST
Bsc/Msc in Computer Science or related fields
Proficient with React and Javascript/Typescript
Proficiency in Flutter and App development experience is a big PLUS
Smart Contract development experience is a big PLUS
Good aesthetic intelligence is a big PLUS
Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent English is MUST
Capability of both leading a small team and rolling up their sleeves to dive into themselves
Strong curiosity and understanding of current technological trends in Web3, and capability of picking up new smart contract languages and blockchain technologies fast

Perform software testing and write testing reports
Provide feedback on testing issues, assist with regression testing, and help to locate, analyze and verify issues

Participate in the development of software white-box/black-box testing capabilities
