### Primary Responsibilities 1. Maintain close communication with internal and external teams, especially the operations team, to promptly convey progress in technology and product development. 2. Possess deep experience and understanding of DEX products, able to propose innovative product improvements from a user's perspective. 3. Actively engage and participate in discussions on community platforms, especially Discord, to promptly capture and analyze the real voices and needs of community users. 4. Have a broad product vision, capable of identifying potential issues from multiple dimensions and proposing insightful solutions. 5. Leverage knowledge of blockchain and Web3 to drive product strategy and direction. ### Qualifications 1. 3-5 years of product management experience in the blockchain field, with a preference for those experienced in DEX products. 2. As a Web3 native, you should have extensive experience using DEX products and a deep industry understanding. 3. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate seamlessly with international teams and users. 4. Proficient in using Discord and related community tools, with extensive experience in community management and operations. 5. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, able to extract key insights from a large volume of feedback and data to guide product improvements. 6. Demonstrates a proactive and responsible work attitude, able to independently identify and solve problems. 备注：远程办公，薪酬open,必须有Defi/web3行业经验，年轻有自驱力，英文流利
